At booking, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session retainer can be made in the form of Cash, Cashapp, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Appointments made without a retainer may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the retainer is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Retainers not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subject the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the retainer acts as an agreement to all of Totriller Photography’s policies.
Sessions must be paid in full prior to the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. Prices are subject to change per service agreement and additional services that may be provided on-site. An additional $50 surcharge will be added on all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
If you are unable to make your photo session, all retainers will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Totriller Photography cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply if photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Totriller Photography fails for any other reason, Totriller Photography shall not be liable for any amount more than all monies paid. Consultations are REQUIRED and can be fulfilled through direct contact via Instagram DM, phone call, or text messaging.
Image proof is returned to the client 1-4 days after being taken. Unedited proof images are watermarked. Images take 7-10/14 business days (Monday-Friday) to be edited from the time of photo/audio selection and are subject to extension depending on the current volume of work and/or project size. Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Totriller Photography in connection with the Services will be the exclusive property of Totriller Photography. Upon request, Totriller Photography will execute all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of Totriller Photography to the Work Product.
